“You are conditioned to believe that killing more people is a better solution than negotiating a compromise. This is despite the fact that it is self-evidently a psychopathic notion.”
October 2022 marks 60 years since the Cuban Missile crisis brought the world as close as it has ever come to nuclear war—until now.
We might ask ourselves why the United States is willing to risk nuclear war with Russia?
In 2018, the U.S. Congress stipulated that its aid to Ukraine couldn’t be used “to provide arms, training or other assistance to the Azov Battalion.” And yet, here we are now, with the US sending billions in aid, even when it is undisputable that Azov is an official member of the Ukraine National Guard. The U.S. has sent more than $54 billion to Ukraine since the war against Russia started, according to The New York Times.
Craig Murray wrote in Diplomacy is Always an Option, “You are conditioned to believe that killing more people is a better solution than negotiating a compromise. This is despite the fact that it is self-evidently a psychopathic notion.”
Over the past couple of years, I’ve come to the conclusion that we are, indeed, governed by psychopaths hellbent on maintaining control at all costs, even to the destruction of Europe and, ultimately, the destruction of us all. Incredible that they can’t see it. Or maybe our “leaders” do see it. Maybe that’s why we can call them insane. In their greed and lust for power, they just don’t care, somehow thinking they will remain immune as the world explodes around them.
We can see it with this ever-escalating threat of nuclear war. Well, of course, it is ever escalating! It’s almost time for midterm elections in the United States. In the 2020 presidential election, it was Covid and lockdowns, BLM and antifa riots. Wow, those were the good old days compared to now.
What are the most recent signs leading up to a nuclear attack?
- The crucial Nord Stream natural-gas pipelines connecting Russia to Europe have been sabotaged. By whom? We’ll never know. But the timing is interesting. Just today it was confirmed that the two undersea leaks that began in the Nord Stream 1 and 2 natural gas pipelines were likely caused by underwater explosions, according to seismographic data.
- US embassy in Moscow urges Americans to leave Russia immediately, warning that dual nationals could be drafted into the Ukraine war. Beyond that warning, it isn’t far-fetched to think this could also mean a nuclear attack is eminent.
The Biden administration has been warning of a Russian nuclear attack for months. But why would Putin order such an attack, especially now that the territories Russia fought to free, as they see it, are about to vote to officially join with Russia.
The United States, on the other hand, is seeking to control Europe through this war in Ukraine. A nuclear bomb would be just the ticket to create more division and animosity in the region, while taking the focus off Biden’s increasingly failed policies at home.
When Putin says, “his country would use all the means at its disposal to protect its territory,” the Western media propaganda machine seizes hold of it and yells, nuclear threat!
But we must look at why Putin said this. It is because four Ukrainian regions part-occupied by Russian forces are about to vote on joining with Russia. And on Friday, that would be tomorrow as of this writing, Putin is to a Sign Decree Annexing Ukrainian Regions.
According to The Moscow Times, (which claims to be independent news, but in this propaganda war, there is no independent news):
This flurry of activity doesn’t necessarily mean that Russia is preparing to officially invite the DNR and LNR to become parts of its federation. The Kremlin continues to view the breakaway republics as a buffer zone and Trojan horse inside a recalcitrant Ukraine, but their participation in Russian domestic politics will help to score key propaganda points.
Above all, allowing them to vote in the Duma elections will help Moscow to convince the inhabitants of the Donbass that it will not abandon them. And providing them with Russian passports and other official documents will enable them to integrate into Russia, on an individual basis at the very least.
The Western propaganda machine cannot allow for the Russian propaganda machine to succeed with this vote.
Kyiv and Western governments have described the votes as a sham designed to confer a veneer of legitimacy to Moscow’s seizure of Ukrainian land seven months on from its invasion. The votes involved coercion, threats and, in some places, soldiers going door to door and forcing people to vote at gunpoint, according to officials and residents.
Isn’t it amazing how it is always someone else who is falsifying the votes, never the Biden administration. Yet, nearly half of the people in the United States no longer trust our own voting system. Add to that the fact that the US has a long history of interfering in free elections in other countries—81 times between 1946 and 2000 alone, and the hypocrisy is overwhelming.
The last thing the Biden administration wants is for any part of Ukraine to vote to align with Russia. They will use this moment—a moment that falls serendipitously in line with the midterm votes in America, to foment more chaos and more unrest with this escalating threat of nuclear war.
My money (oh, that will soon become a meaningless expression) is on the United States dropping the bomb, either with continued metaphorical threats, or with the real deal.
Nukes Ahoy! Welcome to World War III, brought to you, courtesy of our psychopathic leaders.
