G20 commitments couched as ‘safety and disinformation’ regulation equivocated the abolition of Western foundational freedom of speech & assembly using social media and emergency management offices.
Regardless of what you have think of Joe Biden’s governing style, he went in on a giant global scheme to forfeit foundational US law to adopt a formalizing G20 foreign policy exchange earlier this month. During the G20 in Bali a parade of world leaders committed to laundering international rules for censorship, amounting to a mere transitory formality formed under duress. While books have already been written and released about the ‘Great Reset’, the now-notorious World Economic Forum plans escalated this fall to undertake Western democratic governance in a singularly fascist controlled electronic social credit funnel using G20 national leadership.
So what’s the big rush to the altar about?
World governments are losing the ability to call the Covid-19 pandemic a “global emergency”. With that, comes the loss of the continuity of powers and utility moderating levels of public consent to include: overwhelming intrusion, monitoring, limits to travel and bodily health surveillance. In a mad dash to preserve the shunt of normal liberty and public checks & balances, the G20 produced list of propagated regulations, unusual and unenforceable by arbitrary dictat.

We support the work of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) that will draft and negotiate a legally binding instrument that should contain both legally binding and non-legally binding elements to strengthen pandemic PPR and the working group on the International Health Regulations that will consider amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) (2005) mindful that the decision will be made by World Health Assembly.
Acknowledging the adoption of the Ministerial Declaration on the WTO Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic and Preparedness for Future Pandemics and the Ministerial Decision on the TRIPS Agreement at the WTO’s 12th Ministerial Conference (MC12), we note that, no later than six months from the date of the Ministerial Decision on the TRIPS Agreement, WTO members will decide on its extension to cover the production and supply of COVID-19 diagnostics and therapeutics. We remain committed to embedding a multisectoral One Health approach and enhancing global surveillance, including genomic surveillance, in order to detect pathogens and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) that may threaten human health. To enable global pathogen surveillance as part of our commitment to implement the IHR (2005), we encourage sharing of pathogen data in a timely manner on shared and trusted platforms in collaboration with WHO. We encourage sharing of benefits arising from the utilization of pathogens consistent with applicable national laws.
24. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transformation of the digital ecosystem and digital economy. We recognize the importance of digital transformation in reaching the SDGs. We acknowledge that affordable and high-quality digital connectivity is essential for digital inclusion and digital transformation, while a resilient, safe and secure online environment is necessary to enhance confidence and trust in the digital economy. We recognize the importance of policies to create an enabling, inclusive, open, fair and non-discriminatory digital economy that fosters the application of new technologies, allows businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive, and protects and empowers consumers, while addressing the challenges, related to digital divides, privacy, data protection, intellectual property rights, and online safety. We acknowledge the importance to counter disinformation campaigns, cyber threats, online abuse, and ensuring security in connectivity infrastructure. We remain committed to further enable data free flow with trust and promote cross-border data flows. We will advance a more inclusive, human-centric, empowering, and sustainable digital transformation. We also reaffirm the role of data for development, economic growth and social well-being.
The G20 plan for global health information surveillance is planned to maintain past the current pandemic. Central banked digital currencies will roll out. SDGs, DEI and ESG are provisioned. You may rightfully conclude G20 governments went in whole hog on the Great Reset panel of government reformations as continuity of emergency government, extended far past its apparent pilot during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This unfortunately included an ad-hoc policy to add discretionary limits to rhetoric, debate and free exchange of ideas to a public audience. WHO openly laundered terms and conditions of social administration of speech by way of the People’s Republic of China during the pandemic. The US State Department further laundered WHO “safety and disinformation” policy approaches to censor targeted public speech through the CDC, specifically targeting online speech. This policy unfortunately was adopted as local law in California.
It was discovered through breakout reporting, the active enforcement arm of rhetoric monitoring online was the Department of Homeland Security meeting weekly with Facebook and Twitter. The editorial hack and slash was administered through CISA, the US cyber information security office. While there was initial public outrage over staging for this as the DHS Misinformation Board, a hardened back up of this policy office was moving ahead without any fanfare or notice through the Cyber Safety Review Board. This explains why information solicitation policy went forward and continues as live, in the wild, in CISA’s risk management tent if designated as “unsafe online”.
Earlier this month, exposures of CISA policy seemed as though they were not live and actionable, but still in the staging area. Today, there are actionable structural policies, directing a target onto major public authorities to make doctors and hospitals speech cops. Anyone could be reported to an array of a emergency management hierarchy in local governments. The government speech and censor controls are administrated online at Twitter, Facebook and using other social media recruits in third party ecosystems.
Risk Management distributed a Disinformation Toolkit available this month through the CISA website. CISA policies and communications targeted public health authorties – hospitals, doctors, outpatient clinics, the American Health Association – as a civic information correction report plan for the public to essentially enforce on anyone. To be clear, any complainant who voiced dissent to COVID-19 medicine, counter to the government’s narrative, may now be reported for “disinformation/misinformation/dangerous speech” to a tree of existing DHS emergency managers as “State Local and Tribal government officials”.
Social media was only part of the story. The other part is DHS is currently using health officials, John Q Public, and local government public actors to play an illegal and unqualified speech enforcement role to publicans who produce their own conclusions and experiences online. However flawed and incorrect someone may be about what the say online, they bear the right to say it in the United States without any prohibition from the United States federal government.
The biggest danger this misappropriation of US authority poses is designating people speaking about their experiences: the vaccine injured, people who were dismissed by employers for medical dissent, medical scientists with new research, and people sanctioned or cut off from financial transactions without notice, as “extremists” for being an inconvenient constituency to a global government’s totalitarian agenda and narrative.
Do not fall for this agenda. Free speech advocates would advise that anyone impacted should contact their congressional offices to demand DHS stand down and eliminate this illegal policy, immediately. These were policies was ushered in from abroad without so much as a voice vote from the Congress or a consultation with the Attorneys General.
