I tried an experiment over the winter holiday that changed the way I currently think and feel. I’ve noticed of late that I’m not thinking straight. This is probably the hardest article that I’ve ever written in terms of concentration and effort. I usually am very dedicated to staying fit and eating well, but the holidays threw a wrench into my plans. Honestly, I don’t want to write this article, but I can’t proceed with my eating and exercise habits any longer. This is where things need to personally change.
Around a month ago, I decided that I wasn’t going to limit myself on anything food related; furthermore, I also decided that I wasn’t going to follow a strict diet regimen as well. The result- I feel fucking disgusting, my thoughts are all over the place and my energy is at an all time low. I’ve also noticed that I haven’t been eating any meat, veggies or fruit. My diet has consisted of carbs, sugars and junk over the last month. This is the worse I’ve felt in a while. My choice now is not an option, it is a necessity if I want to continue to do good work. I need to start detoxing and eating healthy again. There’s something more darker and more sinister; however, that I’ve thought about over the last month. I have the option of reversing course on my bad diet and exercise habits, but what would happen if I didn’t have that option? What if there were a group of people trying to keep me fat, stupid and unmotivated? What if I didn’t have access to the food that would fix me? What group of people could possibly try to keep me down?
The World Economic Forum.
First, I’ve noticed the World Economic Forum, or The World Crime League, which I have called them of late, promoting habits and ideas that I find to be detrimental to a healthy and productive mind and lifestyle. There seems to be an emphasis, from them, of reducing animal proteins and fats in favor of artificial proteins, processed foods and high sugar and high carb alternatives. I will write about this more in detail in further columns. Second, there seems to be a trend in glorifying obesity and body positivity. We’ve all heard the lectures about diets being oppressive and evil of late. You can’t walk through a shopping mall without seeing a plus size model. The World Crime League have mentioned that they would brace this type of “Inclusion and Diversity” of body types in the future. Again, I will go into more detail about this in my next few articles. Finally, what is the connection between artificial and processed foods and mental clarity and physical performance? Could the food that the WCL is pushing this hard to discredit be keys to great health, unlimited motivation and unrestrained intelligence? I’m curious. Is this an intentional plan, by the World Crime League, to “retard” and hold back the human race into reaching its full potential? I don’t use that word, “retard” lightly, but all of this seems deliberate. So, I want to find out first hand.
I’m going to try an experiment until March 24th.
This is my plan:
1.) Eat a diet, Keto, based primarily consisting of animal proteins and fats. Eat anything that The World Crime League considers negative or unsustainable. Limit veggies and fruits under 20g a day. Abstain from carbs and sugar. Also, abstain from alcohol and weed.
2.) Drink plenty of Water
3.) Intense Exercise 5 times a Week
4.) Sleep 7-9 Hours a Night
Over the next eleven weeks, I will be detailing my progress and thoughts. Also, I will be spending the next eleven weeks investigating The World Crime League in relation to the future of food, the future of exercise and the future of humanity. I will be fair in my assessment of the World Crime League. I also will be looking into the trends and plans, concerning health and fitness, within The United Nations, various countries within the world and how the Legacy Media has addressed issues of food, health and fitness.
