I am going to point out something true, by stating what I know to be true, without knowing a matter completely. In days of yore, that used to be called ‘reporting’.
DISCLAIMER: In recent events, Columbia’s School of Journalism confirmed what passes for US news is autocratic backwash. It is press laundry from any number of 3-Letter US agencies and globalist puppeteers who want geopolitical dominance over our personal effects, rights and economy, without any legal bearing whatsoever. So I made a qualified editorial determination. The bar for incidental reporting-posing-as-editorial-propaganda has been dropped so low, I can do little damage by making my own distillation as content here at Substack. My intent is to produce a true thing, not a falsehood. In exchange I hope you will challenge my assertions and present your own facts to support or detract from the following assertions. There really are worse fates than being labelled a ‘hack’ online for not knowing a matter to absolute conclusion. You could be a liar, sent from the government.
A little over a week ago I saw the following subtweet exchange with @elonmusk from a pseudo-anonymous poster online, @SquirrelEStuff. [Since online exchanges with the personae of @Catturd, are cited – as news- several on national PrimeTime, I may also produce a few choice germane tweets from my own cache of information scale. Again, the bar is low – let me pass.] This curator produced screenshots of WEF board memberships of 2 major social media companies.

The WEF has been in the news a lot recently. Even liberal-ish blogs are making concessions for the WEF-concerned, “the conspiracy is real”. The WEF has been identified as the current roundtable of Dr. Evil panelists, obsessed with ‘vurrld domination’. They coagulated in Davos last month to examine more public policy to run your life without actually being your government. A simple online search for the WEF’s ‘Great Reset’ panel of emergency-based reforms sustained during the COVID pandemic, may include the reorganization of objective reality and placing China’s totalitarian technical government on a pedestal as model success.
One of the prospective problems with WEF being on the boards of major social media companies is that the DNI, DHS and other major US law enforcement agencies are actually looking to social media as ‘stakeholders’ in how to govern “misinformation, disinformation & malinformation”.
The DHS shall be governed by the People of The United States from represented government in the US Congress. Their actions are checked by the US Courts for legal conformance with the US Constitution and policies appropriately carried out by the Executive administrative branch, led by the US President. Then there is the public stakeholder process; which is a way of soft-soaping a hierarchy of chosen NGOs the administrative state will actually speak to. Rather than facing the unwashed hordes of people molested by X-ray at turnstyle TSA kiosks at US airports.
DHS knows we don’t like them. They prefer to listen to NGOs. They are nonthreatening in their hoodies, clarified blue-light glasses, and business-casual dress. They seem “governmenty” enough to produce to their purchase orders for pest US citizens’ private information, without a warrant. These are the friendly people who sell them surveillance equipment, the drones and equip them with pre-criminal extortion material. Rather than remind them they are over-funded Stasi political police, as they throw qualified epithetical satire trash at them…concurrently.
Social media companies, Facebook in particular, have become sprawling US government surveillance-as-a-service contractors. Any of the #TwitterFiles are current exhibit of this as a matter of fact. While this is painful enough truth, additional adversity comes if a sizeable number of their board members double as WEF members, to carry out totalitarian globalist policy.
To be sure, you do not want the WEF making recommendations to DHS about what is and what is not misinformation. They are as intellectually dishonest and thin skinned as corporate governance comes. They should have zero determination of what US speech is and is not. Especially after making statements to the user public like, “We are not the arbiters of truth”. Social media just becomes the parsers of the governments’ package of lies – that’s all. The profit returns are probably better if You are the product, afterall.
That’s why it’s important that you review and decide if @SquirrelyEStuff is barking up the wrong tree. Should you improve the social demands on your governments, by requiring that they conform to the laws that govern their behavior as administrators or face court injunctions, Congressional censure and reorganization for failing the priority mission to serve The People vs. a globalist cult of rich eugenicists in Switzerland?
It’s not the worst idea.
WEF members have exhibited truly untrustworthy policy objectives with no domestic public service benefits. They should not be advising DHS or any other law enforcement body on clearly anti-American, unconstitutional objectives to violate the US 4th Amendment. DHS and our law enforcement should not seek social media companies out as key stakeholders in how to manage the context of US speech. Especially, when they launder the technically executed censor policies of the CCP.
That’s not our government.
