Nigeria: WEF Central Banker bans cash withdrawals to force Globalist CBDCs

What’s happening in Nigeria or what’s coming up is evil. Over the past decade, globalists have used Africa for all kinds of digital experiments. Nigeria, a country in West Africa, has a population of 211.4 million people.

Nigeria already has a well established digital identity eco system called the National Identity Numbers (NINS). The aim was to verify the authentication of citizens and make all identity-related transactions safe within and outside the country.

There are 11 digits in the unique identification number, and every enterprise needs to know it. The World Bank, EU and French development agency, Agence Française de Développement (AFD) funded the ecosystem and mobile digital infrastructure was first deployed in Nigeria.

In June 2022 Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, Nigeria’s minister of communication and digital economy, said his country wanted to build a foundational digital identity database. This is so that it can plan in areas like education, healthcare, agriculture, and even national security.

Nigeria’s central bank’s digital currency, which was launched on Oct. 25, 2021, uses the NIN digital identity as a unique identifier. It is used to verify the eNAIRA.

“We have provided all the necessary infrastructure that should enable us to make a cashless nationwide journey,” Godwin Emefiele, governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), told the audience at a workshop on 25 October celebrating a year since the launch of the country’s central bank digital currency (CBDC), the eNaira.

However the uptake of the CDBC has been extremely slow. Despite this, the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, recently declared the eNaira project a success. He said: “Since its launch, a total of N8 billion, consisting of over 700,000 transactions has passed through the eNaira platform.” Based on the current exchange rate, 8 billion nairas is equivalent to $18.2 million, or $49,800 daily.

According to Bloomberg, less than 0.5% of Nigeria’s 211 million population uses the eNaira digital wallet. So to encourage adoption at the grassroots level, the CBN recently offered Keke NAPEP (tricycle taxis / Rickshaws) and their customers a 5% discount for using the CBDC as payment.

Last year, Nigeria launched its much-ballyhooed eNaira, Africa’s first central bank digital currency (CBDC).

The jury is now in.

The eNaira has been a massive failure.

According to Nick Giambruno on Nov 2: Giambruno said Nigerians regard the eNaira as “a symbol of distrust in the ruling elite” and congratulated the rejection of it, adding that this is a positive development for human freedom.

The adoption rate of eNaira has been low since it launched on Oct. 25, 2021. The Central Bank of Nigeria has struggled to convince its citizens to use the CBDC with less than 0.5% of the population reported having used the eNaira as of Oct. 25, a year after its launch.

So what have these so-called elites done? They have now reduced the amount of cash individuals and businesses can withdraw in an attempt to push their slave coin – the eNaira. In a Dec. 6 circular, the Central Bank of Nigeria told financial businesses to limit ATM withdrawals to $45 (20,000 Nigerian nairas) and $225 (100,000 nairas) per week. This is part of the country’s plan to eliminate cash completely.

The director of banking supervision Haruna Mustafa noted: “Customers should be encouraged to use alternative channels (Internet banking, mobile banking apps, USSD, cards/POS, eNaira, etc.) to conduct their banking transactions.”

We know CBDCs have not been successful in Nigeria and the Caribbean and the globalist banking elites don’t like this, so they have started to phase out cash withdrawals. If the uptake of Britcoin isn’t high here, what is being done will affect places like the UK too. The elites will resort to extortion if they can’t get consensus.

There’s never been any interest in the well-being of normal people by the elites. The net zero climate con is about rolling out a global digital wallet and CBDC control grid. This will control, coerce and nudge everyone to serve them and their net zero god. They need these control mechanisms in place to stop you from buying items and to keep track of your carbon footprint. CBDCs achieve this with smart contracts and their programmability.

For example in October this year we had the deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Bo Li saying that “By programming CBDC, money can be precisely targeted for what kind of people can own and what kind of use this money can be utilized”.

He continued on to say: “CBDC can allow government agencies and private sector players to program — to create smart contracts — to allow targeted policy functions. For example, welfare payments; for example, consumption coupons; for example, food stamps,” said Li.

So it was announced that the central bank would reduce the daily cash withdrawal limits from 150k to 20k naira (only $45 USD). Cash is being restricted so they can monitor transactions and push the eNaira (CBDC).

The CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele is currently in Davos, Switzerland for the @wef.

As per his reported sack, a close source says there is no substance to the claims yet.

It has been revealed that Godwin Emefiele the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) attended the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos this year.

The Central Bank of Nigeria staff confirmed to The Nation: “The Governor left to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland immediately after the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) briefing”.

Emefiele is just another technocrat aligned with the Great Reset agenda pushing for programmable, digital, and trackable slave tokens in Nigeria.

But what is also troubling is that he may be running for Nigeria’s presidency in 2023.

These CBDC’s are extremely dangerous, but they’re part of the digital enslavement grid that’s all around us. No country will be spared, so we need to act now. We don’t have time to waste on this. Unless globalists meet their demands, what’s happening in Nigeria will happen everywhere else. Any form of digital slavery should be rejected in Nigeria and we should support them in their fight for privacy and freedom.
