“It is common sense to move in the direction of digital IDs” – Tony Blair
“Biometric digital IDs can be a gamechanger. They can help governments target population segments e.g., healthcare professionals or elderly population, verify people who have received vaccination, and have a clear record,” – Prashant Yadav, a senior fellow at the U.S.-based Centre for Global Development.
Let’s be under no illusion the whole premise of Vaccine Passports is to merge with digital ID systems, more so than ever before and combine that digital data with real time physical movements all captured and tracked, historized against everyone.
The passports are a linchpin to the creation of a new system of information domination, where everything you do is tracked, traced, and evaluated for its conformity to global rules. Eventually connected to digital currency, you buck the rules, you lose access to your money.
Anyone who refuses to live as a digital slave by putting the tracking apps on their phone’s that converts them to a walking QR code, will find themselves targeted for persecution. The stakes couldn’t be bigger.
Vaccine passports are creating a dangerous precedent by tracking users, determining whether they can engage in basic human activities based on civic behaviours, this is a mass social control project.
Vaccine passports are part of a global plan to tie together vaccine status, economic activity, and biometric digital identity.
In November 2017, Dr Seth Berkley, CEO of Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, wrote a piece for Nature that emphasized the pressing need to move to digital ID systems specifically to identify and track those currently missing out of vaccinations and to achieve 100% immunization coverage.
That message was reinforced at the 2018 World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland, where Gavi announced that digital identity was its focus for its 2018 INFUSE program.
INFUSE is the Innovation for Uptake, Scale and Equity in Immunization this aims to identify and support innovative solutions that have the potential to modernize global health and immunization delivery. Gavi was focusing its efforts on identifying opportunities for digital identity technologies to help facilitate better targeting, follow-up, and immunization service delivery for the world’s most vulnerable children.
“Data is absolutely critical to health as it enables us to track both people and diseases. We are looking forward to exploring new possibilities for capturing and using data in the countries we work with.” – Dr Seth Berkley, Gavi CEO.
And: “We believe the Fourth Industrial Revolution can help us overcome some of the challenges preventing us from reaching every child.” – Dr Seth Berkley, Gavi CEO
Gavi and its international partners, wanted digital ID technology to provide a basis for a new system of verifiable proofs and accurate aggregate data that interoperates with other digital identity management systems, negating the need for each organization to independently identify beneficiaries.
COVID19 has now provided the perfect cover to implement these technologies at larger scale.
And now in a new open letter titled “COVID-19 vaccine delivery: An opportunity to set up systems for the future [version 2; peer review: 2 approved]”:
Co-Written by Toby Norman who is the CEO of Simprints, a UK based non-profit developing biometric technology. And on the grants and funding side the work is being supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
In the new White Paper: It specifies that Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance and other organizations have identified biometric digital identity as a “potential lever to bridge the identity gap and ensure accurate data.”
On future systems and vaccines, “We do have some options to face this disturbing scenario and one involves biometric digital identity.”
They go on to say “The foundational ID challenge will not be solved in time for the release of a COVID-19 vaccine. However, organizations like Gavi have identified biometric digital identity as a potential lever to bridge the identity gap and ensure accurate data.”
So, there you have it, this is not just about the vaccine passport per say but rather about the long term value of digital biometric identity enrolments, data capture, along with the user journey.
It goes on to say that “Governments will have different priorities behind ID for vaccine supply chain management, vaccine delivery, and international certification for travel.”
Calling for: “Major global stakeholders must convene, collaborate, and collectively invest in global standards, legal infrastructure, common vocabularies and interoperable biometrically supported digital health technologies.”
In fact, this document ties nicely with the recent ID2020’s Good Health Pass Global Blueprint. Which outlines the plans to create a one world global interoperable digital identity with the touchpoints being operated using biometric scanning solutions.
Back to the White Paper:
“Biometrics must also work in concert with non-biometric identity methods where they are already successful, even as traditional methods can be leap-frogged in areas where the low cost, scalability and usability advantages of all digital identity are most relevant.”
“We have a narrow opportunity to set the stage for such fair and sustainable infrastructure across the globe. If done well, we can ensure the promise of the COVID-19 vaccine portfolio leads to future widespread vaccination – and protection – for global populations.”
These digital IDs will effectively make the world a giant high-tech vaccine compliant prison, and there may be no escape.
Remember the Rockefeller Foundation Operation Lockstep Paper released 10 years prior? In it they described:
This scenario has eerily similar connotations to what is unfolding around the globe right now, in regards to biometric digital identity tied to vaccine coverage for a pandemic scenario.
Vaccine passports in their current state may not last long, but they pave the way for future digital IDs, which the globalists have been planning for years.
Recently Mastercard said: “Travel is integral to a thriving global economy. So is our collective health. Being able to convey health credentials conveniently, securely and with trust is part of rebuilding confidence in international travel. The Good Health Pass Interoperability Blueprint is an important step in enabling a digital experience that will create the foundations for the future of travel – where passengers can present their information efficiently, transparently and with privacy, and where digital identity enriches the experiences of all society.” – Ajay Bhalla, President, Cyber & Intelligence, Mastercard
Indeed, the world is now moving towards Blockchain Decentralized Digital Identification. The design of the passports kicked off in earnest during the first lockdown:
Even Thales the French defence contractor has recently said: “A Digital ID Wallet is a truly future-proof solution. Above and beyond the requirements of the health pass, it provides a standards-based platform for on-going digitisation programmes, including any future, internationally harmonised vaccine passport.”
They would like to go above and beyond a standard health pass. And there are some tell-tale signs of the next steps which is the merger between vaccines credentials and digital payment wallets such as the ones from Samsung Pay and Mastercard.
Samsung Pay has partnered with the World Economic Forum’s Common Health / Common Pass project to bring in vaccine passes, conveniently to be used within the Samsung Pay app.
“You can imagine that at some point in the future, your vaccine record happens to be something you need with that great of frequency,” JP Pollak Chief Product Officer Common Pass has said.
In June, Google announced that it had developed similar technology for all updated Android phones and that it was seeking vaccination providers. And Apple has said the iPhone’s next operating system, iOS 15, will offer a similar feature when it is released in the fall.
JP Pollak also said, “That entities issuing the credential and credential verifiers are ultimately responsible for ensuring that an individual’s health data is secured or deleted after it’s been verified”.
So ultimately our personal health data is in the hands of the credential verifiers and not necessarily with the credential issuer’s. However, Pollak acknowledged that “Venues are not obligated to secure anyone’s personal health data.”
The CEO Paul Meyer of Common Pass has previously said that. “Vaccination records aren’t something people might need just to get onto an airplane, but also to enrol in a school,” he says “There’s a real need for a global model.” – CEO Paul Meyer Common Pass.
The UK’s NHS Covid Pass Certificates can now also be loaded into the IATA Digital Identity Travel Pass.
These are the first steps to integrate all these disparate systems together to weave into a global vaccine compliance system, the same one that GAVI and ID2020 imagined years ago.
So thus, the key players all involved currently in the development of vaccine passports, including GAVI, WEF and ID2020 all had long running plans way before the pandemic even hit. This is now their chance to capitalise and foist this on a much grander scale to every man woman and child.
If we have a vaccine passport which we need to get into a supermarket then we are not actually free anymore. After lockdowns, people have forgotten how to live in a free society and expect everything and everyone to be tightly controlled. The ability to move about freely, travel, socialize, are not privileges to be bestowed at the whim of bureaucrats, big tech, or politicians.
The ferocity with which authorities and the public are calling for their fellow citizens to either capitulate to both vaccines and vaccines passports or be cast out of a functioning society is shocking and irrational.
If we continue down this path, those persons who cannot or choose not to be vaccinated for COVID19, as is their right, will be segregated and denied the old normal existence. They will be vilified by the media and by the Government, ostracized by society and ultimately persecuted.
Ultimately there will be two classes of people, those who routinely have their booster injections at six-month intervals and carry their digital ID wallets with pride, being allowed to come and go as they please. The second class is locked away forever, discriminated against based upon the decisions they have made, a state of permanent digital lockdown.
The specific roles of these two sub types will become clearer over time, but ultimately society will no longer function as it once did and that these passports will accelerate the Great Reset project with a total deconstruction of existing structures and into the 4th Industrial Revolution.
