Just a mere 48 hours after I wrote this piece over the weekend writing that domestic vaccine passports were scrapped. The Government have performed yet another 180-degree u-turn and they will instead be delayed until the start of Winter.
This new digital form of Nazi Germany’s “show your papers” society, is now announcing itself as having arrived in the West and it’s no longer hiding. It will be right in our faces, get ready.

They say there is a plan A and a Plan B, but they will likely run with both.

Vaccine passports could be introduced across pubs in England, Sajid Javid warns. Sajid Javid has ominously hinted vaccine passports may be required in pubs in England if Covid infection rates soar. Mr Javid has said: “No, I don’t believe we are, unless, and that’s why I want to caveat that . . . something happens that means that we have to take further measures.” He said: “You can fight it, but you have to be ready because if Covid changes with a new variant, for example, it’s not going to wait for the government.”

Considering the latest data on the state of the epidemic, mandatory vaccine‑only certification will not be implemented from the end of September the Goverment has said.
Instead it would be part of the Government’s Plan B. This roadmap only affects England: Under the ‘COVID-19 Response: Autumn and Winter Plan’, released today, these certificates will be required for:
“All nightclubs: Indoor, crowded settings with 500 or more attendees where those attendees are likely to be near people from other households, such as music venues or large receptions. Outdoor crowded settings with 4,000 or more attendees where those attendees are likely to be near people from other households, such as outdoor festivals and any settings with 10,000 or more attendees, such as large sports and music stadia.” It’s meant to mirror Scotland’s and Wales’s Plan.
Britain may also be plunged back into a national lockdown if there is a sizeable amount of Winter discontent and street protests over the vaccine passports, which may well give the police carte-blanch to disrupt the protestors as we saw earlier this year, but they will obviously say the lockdown is to protect the NHS.

There are some settings that will be exempt from requirements to use the NHS COVID Pass, including “Communal Worship, Wedding Ceremonies, Funerals and other Commemorative events, Protests, and mass participation sporting events.”
The Government is “encouraging” venues to ask for Covid passes, which currently allow people to present proof of a recent negative test, including the Premier League, readying their usage.
Plan B would make vaccine passports mandatory in a lot of settings and with a negative test no longer enough to gain admission.
When Plan B is eventually implemented the NHS COVID Pass will automatically update / change to display full vaccination only.
They say that mandating vaccine-only certification would be preferable to closing venues entirely or reimposing social distancing and Articles 84 and 85 of the government’s plans describes the situation.
Nightclubs and possibly some larger pubs which play music will receive at least one week’s notice before implementing mandatory vaccine passports and the Government will shortly publish more details about the proposed certification regimes that would be introduced as part of Plan B.
“The Government would seek to give businesses at least one week’s notice before mandatory vaccine certification come into force.” The document states.
Winter starts Tuesday, 21st December 2021 and given all the other timelines I would say for certain that England’s vaccine passports could be introduced around Christmas time and without a vote in sight.
The Government has also been working with other organisations to encourage the voluntary use of certification and the NHS COVID Pass, settings using voluntary certification can ask individuals including those 11 and over to demonstrate their vaccine status.
“In addition, businesses are encouraged to: Consider using the NHS COVID Pass.”
Javid refused to rule out compulsory certification for everyday life, alarming many Tory backbenchers who have branded the government’s plan “a slippery slope towards more restrictions”.

About 30 million people will receive a single booster jab. They are: Adults over the age of 50, Frontline health and social care workers, Older adults in residential care homes, People aged 16-49, years old with underlying health conditions which put them at greater risk of severe Covid and adults who share a household with vulnerable people.
But it’s the boosters within the NHS app that would take date preference order and will boost the expiry dates by a further 8 months to around Autumn 2022. Where there would probably be yet another fresh booster drive. Its not meant to ever end.
They want us living in fear of lockdowns -being imposed at very short notice- every winter for the rest of our lives. This is psychological warfare on an industrial scale and it only ends when people realise it’s never meant to end. This is the ‘New Normal’.

Just a few days prior to this announcement he said the reverse: “I think for any government to do something like that (Vaccine Passports) it would be such a ‘big decision’ and it would have to be backed up by ‘evidence’ and the data. That ‘evidence’ is not there, and I hope it will never be that situation.” – Sajid Javid – 12.09.2021.
Its all mind games. This is the same flip flopping we have been hearing from the Government on this single issue since the pandemic started in March 2020.
The Health Secretary Sajid Javid also said it is “highly likely” that frontline NHS and care staff will be required to have Covid-19 and flu jabs. Mr Javid told MPs that social care staff in England have been told they will need to be double jabbed by November 11th, 2021.
Currently around 88% have had both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, 12% have not, 1.3 million people work for the NHS, the UK’s largest employer, so this will affect roughly 156,000 people, let’s say conservatively, 50% uptake. Then we are still looking at the total loss of 78K of NHS staff and employees before the Winter kicks in.

Vaccine Passports are all about vaccine coercion and if governments and their tech partners are successful in implementing this system and getting the public conditioned to accept it over the Winter, then the next step, already envisioned by the World Economic Forum, ID2020 etc, is to move the QR code from the smartphone to the person’s actual body, the Internet of Bodies.
But before that we could see the mass rollout of biometrics to verify the public’s COVID status at larger venues like football stadia.
In the not-too-distant dystopian future, we will be constantly monitored and connected to databases containing our fingerprints, face scans, eye scans. The global engineers want humanity to go beyond being merely connected to the internet, they want everyone personally and intimately connected by unique bodily identifiers enabling the tracking of everything we do.
Klaus Schwab, director, and founder of the WEF, said in 2016 while promoting his book on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, that this global revolution will “lead to a fusion of our physical, biological and digital identities.”
In Australia Accenture are now working on digital vaccine passports which will replace physical incoming passenger cards and the COVID-19 Australian travel declaration web-forms.
Their digitisation program could potentially be used for visas, import permits, personnel identity cards, licenses, registrations, and many other documents. The covid element will be linked to more than just health status.
Meanwhile we are seeing similar advances in the UK. The Cabinet Office is planning to ask for up to £400m to fund its latest digital identity programme over the next three years. The new digital identity system will also replace the failed Gov.uk Verify system, which had already cost more than £220m before it was extended for a further two years from April 2021, to allow time for One Login to be built.
And it’s not going to stop with vaccine passports, this is merely the first-stop on the way to creating a full digital ID that will be required of all “Global Citizens”. It will start with your vaccination status and eventually include all data points allowing the government and the corporate worlds to know everything about us at a single glance.

The UK Government’s are frantically pushing the vaccine for children aged 12 to 15. And once that’s done the next age bracket will begin just as in the US.
They want this so young people will grow up thinking it’s normal to be asked to prove their vaccination status before being allowed to enter public venues and businesses.
Many recognize that these societal changes as tyranny and balk at the transformation currently underway.
That’s why it’s critical to get all of the children into the system as quickly as possible. It has nothing to do with health and everything to do with putting in place the digital ID structures of a new surveillance state where every human being will be medically tracked and traced 24/7 in real-time.
